15 June 2015 I Am in trouble..... can a proxy of chartered Accountant attend board meeting of a company... if yes than approval of BOD is required or not?????

16 June 2015 There is no provision of proxy for Board meeting. Only in case of general meeting, proxy is entitled to attend and vote at a meeting
