Regarding applicability of itr-4 for a.y 13-14.

14 July 2013 An assessee has no income under the head 'Business and Profession'during the P.Y 12-13 but has brought forward business losses of earlier years and also has total income more than 25 lacs.Does he need to file ITR-4 and also disclose details of Assets and Liabilities in schedule AL?

15 July 2013 Yes. need to file ITR-4 and carry forward loss. current year you can show as nil return how ever the balance sheet need to be shown
