Hi, Am working in broking company (ltd). Company issue a yearly bonus in the month of october (deepavali).They stating above 15k is not eligible for bonus. When i ask they saying is a HR Policy of that company. I heard of indian law of mandatory of giving bonus to employee. So pls me out to get bonus.

Those are getting salary below Rs.15000 per month, then bonus is mandatory. if salary is more than Rs.15000 then bonus is option of the employer. Employer may pay voluntary or left like that
