Reg Tax Audit wrongly done

12 September 2010 Dear Sir,

If Tax audit of a firm is done but the prov. of section 44ab was not applicable to the firm as the turnover was 32 lacs but after including consignment sale the turnover was 45 lacs

Then what will be the impact on CA firm for this audit
