Reg submission of Tax Audit Report

Pls tell after filing the ITR4 the Tax audit report alongwith ITR-V will also be sent to banglore or Tax audit report can submit to local IT dept.
Or no need to submit to Tax audit report

In case whereever required by the A. O. it needs to be submitted in case of assessment or otherwise.
