Refund-unutilised accumulated itc in case nil rated supply.

23 February 2019 Taxpayer is a manufacturer of Nil rated goods. Can the ITC in connection with raw materials be refunded? If yes, then Scholars are requested to give the valuable advice and clarify in all respect. i.e. Procedure of application, required documents, application form etc.

24 February 2019 As per section 17 of CGST Act - Where the goods or services or both are used by the registered person partly for effecting taxable supplies including zero-rated supplies under this Act or under the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act and partly for effecting exempt supplies under the said Acts, the amount of credit shall be restricted to so much of the input tax as is attributable to the said taxable supplies including zero-rated supplies. if You Manufacture Products which is Exempted From Tax, You Suppose to Reverse Your Input Credit
