REFUND REISSUE OF DECEASED THROUGH LEGAL HEIR

19 October 2023 I filed an ITR of a deceased person through a legal heir. A new account was opened in the name of legal heir for the purpose of getting refund. The refund has been failing again and again. I will be really thankful if anybody can help in this regard.
