26 December 2014 we are engineering firm ,i am going to purchase old machinery in december .will i get vat refund in january returns

26 December 2014 Vat paid on machinery can set off against Vat payable in the month of purchase. If input vat is not availed in the month of purchase, then it can be availed in the following month.
