15 February 2017 SIR I WOULD LIKE TO CLAIM DEDUCTION U/S 80C FOR THE TUITION FEES PAID FOR MY SON'S EDUCATION OF RS 86000/- BUT I GOT REFUND OF 38000 FOR THE SAME BY AVAILING SCHOLARSHIP FACILITY.NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER I CAN CLAIM DEDUCTION NOW FOR THE TUITION FEES AMOUNT?

15 February 2017 Whatever scholarship received for education same can not be claimed u/s 80C difference Tuition fees paid claimed. Educational Tuition Fees should be paid approved education society or university or Approved course conducted in India.
