01 April 2013 How to take back service tax from department where we are regularly paying service tax monthly to Govt. On the basis of invoices but receiptant of services is not paying the any payments for last one year.

21 May 2013 Just file a complain to ST Department about the fact. You cannot get the refund of ST as you have paid on the basis of the invoices and it is not your concern whether the receipt-ant is paying or not.
