25 October 2013 what is the time period for refund of income tax of a.y.2013-2014 of an individual whose due date is 31/07/2013...?

25 October 2013 there is no specific time period for refund

however department will pay you interest @6% p.a. for delay in refund

25 October 2013 department has said it will process return with in 3 months but i doubt there contention
