Today I got a letter from income tax department through which they asked me to contact my Assessing officer for rectification of return by him for Assessment year 2015-16.

first check whether it is a real notice or not. thereafter go to income tax site and check under which section you are ordered to rectify your order go to jurisdiction and meet the appropriate officer and resolve the matter.
