FATHER Name ADDRESS (registered in PAN) and mentioned that the registered email id has been block so i request to send the password to new email which is ............@....com
the password will be received on new email id with in 48-72 hrs

Yes,,,now "validate " sending reset password only to registered mail id . . i recommend you to send mail again requesting to reset password because unable to access registered mail id.. . . if it does not helpful make a call to "efiling" help line number and ask them to guide how to file return if unable to access registered mail id,,and how to reset password in this situation,,they may guide you in a better way

Ya i send email before 10 days as you mentioned but i want able to recover the same. Even i called to CPC they told from now onwards reply will sent to person who initially registered i.e.. email id given on registration.
Previously I recovered 4 to 5 Passwords by following same procedure.
