We have formed a Private Ltd. company & have allotted shares to Directors as Subscribers to Memorandum. Do we require to File Form 2 for such allotment...? Its urgent...

For the allotment of shares to the directors as subscribers of MOA, there is no need to file seperate Form 2. Company just needs to deposit the money in their bank account
