Re registering articleship for nov 15 attempt

17 October 2014 Sir,
I have served as an article assistant in a firm from 18/03/13 to 15/09/2014. In this period i have taken leave of 145 days. Now i have terminated my articleship on 15/09/2014 and have to re register for articleship. So i want to ask if i get register on 25/09/2014 then will i be able to appear for Nov 15 exam

17 October 2014 good chance that you wont be eligible for November attempt as ICAI will ask you to register for period inclusive of excess leave which is 78 days as on date of termination plus the gap of 10 days between 15 and 25 September. This would take completion of articleship beyond 30 April 2016 thus making u ineligible for Nov 15.
