I had filed ITR 4 for A. Y. 2010-11 and received Intimation u/s 143(1). Thereafter I filed rectification return to rectify the errors in original return. However, now I have received order u/s 154 wherein i have again found some errors and now i wish to file rectification return again. Can I do so?

no, now u not able to file re-rectification return..because for AY 10-11 last date of rectification return was 31.03.12.(if u original return file in due date)
