I want to know whether credit of service tax paid on any service for business availed & rent paid of immovable property availed against rent collected on immovable property

Your question is not clear. However there is no one to one correlation required for availing the cenvat credit on input services vs output service but the only condition required to be satisfied is that the input service is to be used for providing a taxable output / output service.
