The Assessee company has paid washing allowance to his employees and same is part of salary. Whether washing allowance paid to employees is liable to FBT or not in hands of assessee company.

06 June 2009 Any amount paid to employees in cash as allowances in not covered under FBT. Hence, No FBT will be payable.
