The security service provider is still charging GST on his bill.
So should we still be required to deposit the GST on RCM basis or not ?

Yes you have to deposit GST on RCM basis.
18 February 2019
RCM on security services will apply only when the security service provider is not body corporate. If the service provider is a body corporate he has to charge the gst and RCM will not apply.
