06 October 2010 Our company is basically Non-banking finance company. But we had not filed any compliance with RBI from last 3 to 4 years. What should i do.

Please tell me what compliance should be submitted to RBI

10 March 2011 You should first of all do all the pending compliance's and then approach RBI with the reasons for non compliance.
