11 November 2010 Can anyone tell me the rate of stamp duty applicable in the state of Madhya Pradesh on the Share Transfer Deed (Form-7B) and on Share Certificate.

no stamp duty is leveid on share certificate.

Generally stamp duty will be paid as 25 paisee on per100 on transfer of equity shares.
