06 July 2011 we are the advertising agency which give advertisement in paper on behalf of client so What is the rate of service tax to be charged in invoice from client and is the any abatement then what is the rate of abatement

pl check and confirm as the advertisement in newspaper is being placed by the advertising agency and not directly by the advertiser. whether in this situation also no service tax applies ?
