Sir, I haven't file my return of last half year which ended in mar.12 . Now if i will file what will be the penalty i have to pay. Tax is nil.

You can file on line return without depositing penalty for late filing. When department ask then you need to think of it. so first file return if department ask penalty then deposit it.
