02 April 2010 What is new rates for Mvat & Cst from w.e.f.01/04/2010.

02 April 2010 New rates in Maharashtra VAT wef 01-04-2010 is 5% and 12.5% as per the material specific.

CST has not changed it rate and the old rates are continuing.

This is for your information.

If you refer my posting in forums of VAT, there i had posted all India latest amendments with new rates effective from 01-04-2010.
