03 April 2010 A co. has 50 enployees. 35 are permanent and 15 are temporary. It is applying from 1.4.2010 for EPF. I want to know whether the Applciation form will contain the information about all the fifty employees or only for 35 employees.

Further, somebody has told me that on applying, the co. has to pay 1% of cost of building to building fund. Is there any provision regarding this?
Is yes, please tell me from whre I can find it out.

Please reply as it is very urgent.

03 April 2010 employees limit for pf reg s 20 or more.

there is no such defination regards permanant or temporary under d pf act. once d limit s crossed then co hv reg under the pf act.

and u r ask abt bldg fund while appy of pf.
according to me dere s no such criteria even i m also hear first time.
