24 February 2014 If Mr.X and Mr.Y are two director of a Pvt. Ltd. Company for the F.Y. 2011-12 but on 30-05-2012, Mr.Z is appointed in place of Mr.X. At the time of Finalization of Final statement on 31-07-2012, whose director's are liable for signing the final statement?
