29 July 2015 if i have registration in Service tax than i will not calculate the tax on pressumtive basis ?????

29 July 2015 not linked to each other....however, you need ensure that services provided are not excluded from ambit of 44AD

29 July 2015 that means we are eligible for submitting ITR 4S & not required making any type of book (Cash book,Creditor & debiter book & any other)
