A Company paying 7000 p.m. through Ecs to just justdial
When and at what amount tds to be deducted ???
Also Company has paid 3month advance as Security Deposit
Whether Tds to be deducted on that advance amount also ??
please seek advice on urgent basis

TDS Would be applicabl as per sec 194c,
16 March 2014
sec 194c tds 2%,hence 1680 would be the amount of tds to be deducted ,this 1680 would be deducted 140 pm for 12mnths,to be depositd be4 the 7th of month frm d end of the mnth tax was deductd.if security deposit is refundable no tds
