is notary required for HUF DEED ? if not, then jus getting the deed printed on Rs. 100 Stamp paper, will do, for PAN Application of HUF ?

You just need an id proof of karta which may be any of the following- ration card, voter id, driving licence, bank passbook, passport. No other registration certificate and such other things required.
