14 August 2009 is there notification regarding the transporter for not taking registration of service tax if yes please send notification to me

16 August 2009 If the billing of total service does not exceed Rs.9 Lakhs then he need not be regitered. There is no seperate notification for transporter, you have to follow general guidelines for registration.
