Dear Sir,
We incorporate new company now company want to file tender, for this company has to show his experience,
but promoter ,director & share holder has experience how can he show his experience as company exp while filing tender.
how to file tender.
company is Private limited Company having 2 directors.

Company being an artificial person is run by Directors. So in the tender mention the fact that the Company's Board comprises of Mr X and Mr Y as Executive Directors, who have vast experience in the field. Give complete profile of the Directors in the tender.
