I m in partnership with a ca firm. Now I want to withdraw from that, its at will. My Partner Will continue as an individual thereafter. If I surrender my COP , Will that be a valid evidence of disassociation from partnership ? Or Some any formality to be fulfilled with the Institute . Reply ASAP

Sir thanks for the reply. Is form 18 not the responsibility of my other partner as he will be continuing firm in his own name as earlier. Actually I want to go for job but my partner is not interested in disolving.
