Dear experts, Will the Labour laws like Payment of Bonus Act, ESIC, Bombay shop & Establishment Act and Labour Contract Act be applicable to A Trust Resistered under Bombay Public Trust Act,Society Registration Act, 1860 And also registered under Section 12A of Income Tax Act? Also for compliance purpose the Trust should follow which Trust Act or Society Registration Act?

The choice can be societies registration Act Or Trust Act, depending upon the State of location. The important aspect is Section 12A, for tax exemption.
