give me the solution sirs,

(1) booked on accrual basis every month april'09 to march'2010 every month 28 date.
or
(2) booked on cash basis on 14th july'2010

que 1 & 2 deduction date is 14th July'2010

Deposit date is 19th July'2010

24 September 2010 Book the whole TDS on 14/07/2010.

Form 16 can only be issued for FY 2010-11.

The party has to show this rent income only in FY 2010-11 & against this he can claim the TDS.

in this case TDs certificate for FY 2009-10 can not be issued.
