1) Whether Pvt Ltd Company is liable to pay profession tax or professional tax of Rs 2,500/= ?

2) Whether partnership firm is liable to pay profession tax or professional tax of Rs 2,500/= ?

3) Whether proprietary concern is liable to pay profession tax or professional tax of Rs 2,500/= ?

02 February 2016 Private Limited company has to pay PT for each premises Rs.2500/- if more than one premises located in the state,

Partnerships firm, each partner has to pay based on turnover criteria of particular State,

Proprietor has to pay PT as per turnover slab as prescribed by state PT / vat rules.

Additional premises they have to pay separate PT.
