24 May 2014 If i purchase a property of Rs. 50 Lacs and Full sale value consideration is made through bank. But it is registered for Rs. 30 Lacs as per the guidance value. Can i show the value of property in my books as Rs. 50 Lacs as per the actual considerartion.

you pay Rs. 30 lacs then you book as Rs. 30 lacs.
