17 March 2011 if a company purchase any material out of the west bengal and sales the goods in west bengal then which type of purchase is it? and which form should be used?

If a company sales the goods out of west bengal then is it called CST sales and if that then is it possible to set off input credit of VAT

17 March 2011 Material purchased from outside WB is CST purchase and can be purchased at 2% CST by giving C Form.

Yes Input VAT credit can be adjusted against CST.
