25 May 2010 i need to know the Provisions of company law with regard to Hospitals. Also what is liability risk and taxation of Hospitals

25 May 2010 generally hospitals are not liable for tax either u/s 10 or 12AA.

Provisions of co. law are same as it applies to any other co.

26 May 2010 Co Law is not designed industry/business wise There are different forms of organisations which do business and company form is one of them.The liability risk and taxation of the hospital u have in mind depends on a number of factors so for a specific answer ask a specific question with all material facts
