07 August 2012 what is the minimum no.of employee required for deducting P.F.

Is Trust Liable for deducting P.F. if no.of employee exceeds 20

is trust liable to pay retirement benefits like Gratuity , Leave Encashment etc

If trust is Liable to Deduct P.F. then what about admin Charges and all

07 August 2012 no exemption for trust, they are ranked at par with others for PF rules, and they have to pay admin charges as well as like others pay.
