28 December 2012 sir what would be the method to study income tax.both in ipcc and in final....should we mug up the whole provisions or just solve the queations

If you study practically first understanding with the help of Bare Act, & then with solved problems in Study Material or Reference Books.

Mugging up is temporary solution.
