Hello experts,
i sales shares and make short term profit of rs 80000 in a year & STT is paid & i dont have any other income
shall i file the return ?
do i need to pay tax ?

There shall be not Income tax payable, however should you file your return year on year regularly i would suggest to file the return as a matter of continuity..
