Please guide me on the due date for making the application for obtaining the certificate of registratin under professional tax - gujarat.
In the rules, time limit is within 60 days from the commencement of profession, trade, callin or employment. The question is, what is the date of commencement of business in case a private limited company? from which date the calculation of 60 days should start?
