i want to have a clear idea about professional tax- 1. when this is to be applicable? 2. whether statewise p.tax registration is required for the branches situated in different states ? 3.If so are the slabs for p.tax for different states same ?

professional tax totally based on the State PT act,from applicability,slabs, payment all you need to refer the same and registratiom required statewise
