24 September 2017 Rashmi didi, pls excuse me on answering this query

Sir, Since your income is salary income you cannot claim deduction for transportation expenses and medical expenses.

24 September 2017 If you can convince your employer to give you Transportation allowance, then it is exempt up to Rs.1600 per month

24 September 2017 I won't accept it .it is not salary since they are deducting 10% TDs on my my monthly income. My salary to be treated as income from profession not salary pl once again to look into it and give reply

24 September 2017 It may be so. But you have stated in your query that you get a salary from pvt ltd co. It is only natural that people like us assume you and your company are in employer employee relationship. First be clear yourself sir before trying to accept what others say.

24 September 2017 Assuming that you are in a professional relationship with the company, then you can claim transportation expenses against income earned

24 September 2017 Again, you cannot claim anything against your spending on health products
