21 October 2008 As per First Schedule Part I, Clause (4), Can a practising member enter into a Partnership with any person resident abroad. Which institute's qualifications are recognised by the Central Govt or the council for the purpose of permitting such partnerships.

22 October 2008 As per first schedule part I clause 4 a practising CA can not entered with partnership with person residen abroad whehter his is qulified by cenral govt. a ca could entered but now CA coucil have withdrawn such partnership qualification . but a ca can entered into partnership with person residing abroad if permitted by coucil
