01 November 2010 There is one Chartered Accountancy partnership firm containing 7 partners. Can lawyer, Company Secretary and cost accountant become partner of CA Firm? If yes than can we open one division in firm call legal division & only of that division’s profit can be shared between partners & lawyer?
