We are paying Rs 220000 for 3 persons as professional charges (retired staff) and deducted 10% tds
My qtn is whether RCM is Applicable as per gst

For professional charges, GST is very much applicable but RCM is not applicable as such. I looks that the Supplier of professional service are not registered under GST and therefore GST is to be paid by the Recipient of service on RCM basis.
