19 January 2011 I want to know what is the statutory requirements of PT in case of partnership firms.Do partners required to register & pay PT?

19 January 2011 Yes, Partnership has to register under PT and pay PT to GOvt. Also all the partners of the Partnership is reuired to pay PT
