Hi, I am working in a pvt. ltd company. While making online payment of Profession tax for our employees for the month, instead of paying Rs.4,000 i wrongly made a payment of Rs.40,000. Pls advice me, how can i correct this mistake. can excess amount paid be adjusted against next months payment dues?
