I AM RECIEVING FACILITATION FEES FROM RMP INFOTECH PVT LTD FOR WHICH THEY ARE DEDCUTING TDS AND GIVING ME 16 A FORM MY QUESTION IS WHETHER MY ABOVE INCOME WILL BE TREATED UNDER PROFESSION OR BUSINESS PLEASE EXPLAIN

Any person providing any services which require qualification and skill come under section 194J and not 194C.
Your TDS is required to be deducted @ 10% if the billing amount exceeds Rs. 30000.
